The cultural heritage of the city is enormous, if we talk about its museums Malaga has 37 museums in the capital alone

I have started with the most visited museum in Andalusia: The Picasso Museum, but we must not forget that several major museums in the world have established a headquarters in Malaga, such as the Pompidou Centre, or the Russian Museum (at this moment the collection of the museum in St. Petersburg is returned to its country because of the cruel war in Ukraine, but continues the activity with interesting temporary exhibitions).

The Roman Theater of Malaga (1st century BC) is located at the foot of the Arab fortress and palace of the Alcazaba. One of the most charming villages of the interior is Frigiliana. Its cobbled streets and white houses, fit it in the route of the white villages of Malaga. The beauty of this village attracts thousands of tourists who enjoy walking through numerous stores of ceramics and traditions, and restaurants where you can taste the best dishes of Malaga's gastronomy.

The lagoons of Fuente Piedra are another of the curiosities that we find in the province of Malaga. These lagoons are the resting place and passage of countless species of migratory birds. In addition to sighting some of these species from the observatories, it is a magnificent natural enclave to walk and enjoy nature.

Another great tourist attraction of the province is El Caminito de El Rey, a historic service road that runs through the natural landscape of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes.
